To start your online coaching journey with CG Fitness, there are a few steps you need to take. Firstly, you'll need to fill out the online forms to provide us with some initial information about yourself. From there, we can arrange either a call or a meeting to discuss whether our online coaching program is the right fit for you.
If we decide to move forward, we will send you a starter pack along with informational videos to help you get started. We will work together to set specific goals and establish measurable numbers to track your progress. To help you stay on track, we will provide you with training forms and trackers to fill out on a weekly basis.
As you progress through the program, we will provide you with regular feedback and challenges to keep you motivated and engaged. Our team at CG Fitness is committed to keeping you accountable and helping you achieve the best shape of your life.
